1. General
   • This Cookies Policy applies to visitors and/or users of the Technotest network website (the “Company”), which it operates and manages at: https://www.technotest.co.il/ (the “User” or “Users”, and the “Website”, respectively).
   • The Company uses cookies and similar technologies such as pixels, dedicated links containing unique identifiers operated by the Company’s service providers, and other comparable technologies (collectively, the “Cookies”), both within and outside the Website. These are used for the proper and ongoing operation of the Website, for the provision of the services offered and/or provided by the Company (the “Services”), and/or for the purposes detailed below.
   • The Company collects non-identifiable information about Users through the use of Cookies. Without derogating from the foregoing, if a User chooses to provide personally identifiable information to the Company, whether on or off the Website, such information may be linked to the non-identifiable information collected about that User by the Company.

3. For What Purposes Does the Company Use the Information Collected?
   • The Company will use the information collected through Cookies for one or more of the following purposes:

     • To facilitate the use of the Website and assist the Company in remembering Users’ preferences (for example, the Website language);

   • Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, it is clarified that the Company collects information through mailings in order to tailor to the User the mailings sent to them and/or the services and/or products offered to them and/or the advertisements presented to them as part of the Website, the mailings, and/or third-party websites, including for the purpose of customizing the timing of delivery, the content, the subject line, and/or the design of such mailings.

6. Transfer of Information to Third Parties

7. Transfer of Information from Mailings to Service Providers
   • Without derogating from the foregoing and from the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy, the Company may transfer information collected as part of the collection of information through mailings to providers of advertising, mailing, and marketing services and/or to providers of user communication services, including service providers engaged in the optimization and analysis of such mailings.
   • In addition, the Company may transfer such information to third parties whose platforms are used by the Company for the provision of services, marketing and sale of services, and/or management of its relationship with Users, including providers of email management services (such as Gmail). The use of such platforms by the User shall be subject to, and governed by, the respective privacy policies of those platforms, as updated from time to time and made available on their websites.
   • The transfer of information as set out in this section shall be for the purposes specified in Section 4 above.
8. Analytics and Statistical Services
   • The Company uses third-party analytics, statistical analysis, and research services, such as Google Analytics.

9. Right to Refuse and Disable Cookies

11. Jurisdiction

The terms and provisions set forth in this Policy, as well as any amendments or modifications thereto, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any dispute and/or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.

12. Changes and Updates

The Company may, at its sole discretion, amend the Cookies Policy from time to time without the need to provide prior notice or notification. The updated Policy as published on the Website shall be binding on the User.
